Jolene Khor - Journey
Jolene Khor is an award-winning composer, known for her whimsical and aesthetics driven compositions. Khor rounds out her style with a fantastic blend of East and West and her compositions truly delight. We have previously listened to some of Khor’s splendid work, including the exceptional Soaring Dragon Leaping Tiger and today we are excited to share our thoughts on her single, “Journey”!

From the opening moments, you can tell this song tells the tale of an epic adventure. This song is incredibly powerful and is sure to strike an emotional cord by being both personable and filled with splendor. What I appreciate most about this song is that you can feel all of the effort and emotion that has gone into Khor becoming a composer and that she has a deep passion for her work.
I found “Journey” to be absolutely breathtaking. Having listened to quite a bit of Khor’s work before, I expected a great listening experience coming in, but I was still blown away with just how awesome this song is.
