“Another Surgery” is a an emotive single that showcases some of the strongest aspects of Sarantos’ music. One thing that is always true about Sarantos’ music is that he is writing from a real, genuine place and his nature as a natural poet often comes through in his lyrics. This time, this one really cuts deep and Sarantos is absolutely baring his soul - there is so, so much power and pain in his words - and it is quite impressive, albeit very sad, how deep this song is.
