lamarrishandsome is a hip-hop artist based out of McDonough, Georgia. A music artist since the age of 16, lamarrishandsome writes, engineers and produces all of his music himself, a true testament to his talent. Today we take a dive into lamarrishandsome’s four-track EP, The Vaccine, which was released on August 8, 2021.
The Vaccine kicks off with “I Don’t Care”, a great pace-setting lead track that is both exceptionally catchy and hooky. Following up is “Ransom”, which features some really nice production in the backing track that helps to bring out the artist’s natural vocal flow in an engaging way. The third track is “Wolf In The Forest”, the shortest track on the EP, but easily my favorite; every piece of this track is on-point, the instrumental, lyrics and vocals make a perfect team in this song. “Broke” closes out The Vaccine and features some more excellent flow that makes it a great closer.
Through listening to The Vaccine, it is easy to tell why lamarrishandsome is able to comfortably claim his status as one of the best rappers in his city.
