Dan Krochmal - Fomo

Dan Krochmal is an Australian singer/songwriter. A one-time aspiring novelist, Krochmal turned his creative efforts toward music after graduating high school and has gone on to successfully release his own music and tour the United States. Today we are excited to share our thoughts on Dan Krochmal’s single, “Fomo”, from the upcoming release Home & Holding!

A song with a relatable message and catchy melody, “Fomo” is a brilliant Pop-infused hit-to-be. The instrumental portion of the track reminds me of The Cure but more upbeat than most of their catalog while Krochmal’s vocals lay fittingly on the Pop side of things, making all aspects of this song perfectly aligned. Lyrically, I enjoy the relatable message - everyone experiences the fear of missing out sometimes. I think that, from top to bottom, this is the kind of song that could - and should - find a lot of streaming success.

As the first song I have heard from Dan Krochmal, I must say “Fomo” left me impressed and I cannot wait to hear all of the songs from Home & Holding! You can keep up with Dan Krochmal through Instagram, Facebook and his website. We have “Fomo” embedded below via Spotify and you can also catch the video for the song on YouTube!
